Creating art is a gift that has opened my eyes to the beauty and intricacy of the world around me. My paintings reflect a desire to show the beauty of God’s creation and the love of life I share with others.

Everything in creation has a beauty and uniqueness that may become a subject for my pastels and graphite. Each day is an opportunity to create art with joy and to share that joy and beauty with others.

Capturing the character on my subject with realism, while watching it come alive on paper are exciting elements in my pastel and pencil paintings. My subtle use of light and shadow draw your eye to the intricate detail of my subjects. The amazing realistic paintings of people and animals, all have a wonderful story to tell, a history all their own. Peaceful landscapes and realistic still life tell their own story with vibrant color and details

   My awards include first place for figurative, still life, mixed media wildlife and animal. My original art, prints and commissions are in collections in Kentucky, Missouri and Georgia. I am currently taking commissions and have original fine art and prints available for purchase.
