Creating Art has opened my eyes to the beauty and intricacy of the world around me.
My paintings reflect my desire to show the beauty of God’s creation and the love of life I want to share with others.
I choose subjects or ideas that are interesting to me.
Peaceful landscapes, skyscapes, still life and portraits of people and pets – each having a uniqueness and history all their own.
I strive to connect the viewer visually through my use of light, shadow, and vibrant color.
My first place awards in juried and open shows include: Figurative, Still life, Wildlife, and Landscape in the mediums of pastel, graphite and mixed media.
